Payment Policy

The quotation email and proposal documents do not represent any reservation or bookings of or for any services stated until payment is made.

Payment can be done via PayPal, a bank transfer or cash in our office. For all services, tours, private transfers, shared transfers and airport transfers payment is due at the time you make the reservation.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy for airport transfers

If you call or email us at least 3 hours prior to your flights arrival time (according to your reservation) full refund. Less than three hours before your flights arrival time (according to your reservation) or in case of a no-show no refund is possible.

Cancellation policy for private transfers, shared ride transfers and one day tours.

48 hours or more prior to the start of service: full refund of your payment. Within 48 hours prior to the start of service or in case of a no-show: no refund possible.

Cancellation policy for all multiple day tours that include accommodations

Before 6 weeks or more prior to the start of service: full refund.

Within 6 to 4 weeks prior to the start of service: 75% refund

4 to 2 weeks prior to the start of service: 50% refund

2 weeks to 3 days prior to the start of service: 25% refund

2 day prior to the start of service: no refund is possible

Luggage policy

For the shared transportation: for each passenger, one big backpack or suitcase and one carry-on items are allowed at no extra cost. For extra bags or suitcases, boxes, surfboards there is a surcharge of $5 for each item.

Travel times and delays:

Trans-Land is not responsible for significant delays in anticipated arrival due to traffic, weather, or road conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Under such conditions, Trans-Land reserves the right to cancel and refund reservations in advance of the scheduled pickup.

Travel time is dependent on geography, weather condition, time of day, and traffic conditions. Because of these variables, we cannot provide an exact travel time.

Trans-Land accepts no responsibility or liability for any failure or delay in providing travel services to you. Our liability will be limited to refunding money paid in relation to services not provided.
